The Principality of Monaco and the Principality of Andorra signed a bilateral tax treaty on 1 December 2022, aimed at eliminating double taxation and preventing tax evasion.
It comes more than 11 years after their agreement for the exchange of information on tax matters.
This is the 37th agreement on tax matters that Monaco has signed with 35 countries, and the 17th agreement for Andorra, which recently signed an DTA with Iceland.
This agreement is the result of constructive negotiations and the Principality of Monaco welcomes the links with the Principality of Andorra.
